The most cost effective option, laminate is available in an array of finishes from realistic antique effect to ultra-modern looks for a more contemporary aesthetic.

Laminate has come a long way over the years, and has proven to be a versatile, easy to fit and extremely durable option.

Engineered Wood

Made up of natural materials, topped with a layer of real wood, engineered wood flooring keeps the authentic look and finish of solid wood, whilst having the advantage of being less expensive.

Engineered wood represents a happy medium between laminate and solid wood floors.

Solid Wood

Made from planks of solid wood, this option provides the beautiful grain that alternatives such as laminate can struggle to replicate to full effect.

This option comes with the highest price tag of the three, but is easy to repair, long lasting and of high quality.

Design Plus Flooring

With a core of Ultra Wood Fibreboard (UWF) - a fibreboard with extremely high density, which prevents the edges from swelling - and finished with an ultra robust and water-resistant TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) surface, Egger's design Plus range is innovational in many ways.

With self-repair and anti-scratch technology, its robustness and large format board sizing make it ideal for commercial use in large areas. Anti-slip technology and 100% moisture resistance also means it can be used safely in wet or humid environments.

Stylish and hardwearing, luxury vinyl tiles (LVT) from TLC require minimal maintenance (usually just a mopping will suffice). These floors will last a long time - in fact, TLC offer a 15 year warranty!

These tiles are moisture resistant, meaning they are ideal for bathrooms, kitchens and wet rooms, as well as making a fantastic impact in lounges, dining rooms, conservatories and bedrooms.

Aqua Laminate

Aqua Laminate is 100% moisture resistant, meaning you're not constrained in applications.

Aqua Laminate boards have an HDF or MDF coreboard, plus the click-fitting system means installs are quick and easy.
